Financial Sponsorship
We are always excited to receive financial support because it means that others are buying into this effort and it helps to stabilize our plans for the future. It also allows us to continuously seek to expand the opportunities to more students. Please consider giving today. Be a Host Family
Have you ever considered hosting a foreign student in your home for 3 months? Our host families can share with you what the experience is like and the bond they feel with our students. No foreign language skill is required — just a hospitable home and a sense of adventure.
Tutoring
We are always looking for tutors for our students. No knowledge of the Spanish language is needed. The only requirements are enthusiasm, patience and a desire to get to know these friends from Buenos Aires.
Cultural Experiences
We also seek to create cultural enrichment opportunities for them during their stay. In the past the students have been invited to jazz festivals, the Portland Symphony, Portland Trailblazers games and community theatre shows. Please contact us if you have an event you think they might enjoy.
Fundraising
If you have a special talent for event planning, would like to offer financial support personally or are connected to a group that might be interested in offering financial support, please let us know! We can only expand and offer this opportunity to more students as the funds allow.
