For tax reporting purposes and sending a receipt for your tax-deductible contribution, you will be asked to create an account with your name and address. After you have created the account, click the “Home” button and you will see Conduit of Hope listed at the bottom of the page under “Additional Contributions”. All donations to Conduit of Hope go directly and entirely to the Conduit of Hope program and your address will not be sold to or shared with any third parties.
